Panasonic Lumix Camera Review

Specifications: The Panasonic Dmp-Bd60 is currently (at the time of writing) one of the best Bd player in the market. It has many of the latest features and a surely impressive doing level. This Panasonic Blu-ray player plays a variety of Bd, Dvd and Cd formats. Also the usual Av connectivity, this model also comes with a Usb port on the front, a Ethernet port (for connecting to the Internet) and a memory card slot. Like many of the latest Bd players there are built-in decoders for Dolby TrueHd, Dts Hd and Dolby Digital Plus audio signals.

Pros: The Panasonic Dmp-Bd60 has the VieraCast highlight that allows you to access a variety of online content when linked to the internet. Once the expedient is online, you can view content from YouTube, Amazon Video on Demand, and Picassa. The Bd video playback on this expedient was excellent, practically in par with some of the more high-priced models in the market. Dvd up-scaling was also pretty good.

Cons: It doesn't have built-in wi-fi connectivity like many other high-end models in the market. The speed of the Panasonic Dmp-Bd60 was decent, but a slight slower that its rivals. It also doesn't withhold Netflix, a favorite online video/movie rental service.

Overall: Despite its flaws, this Panasonic Blu-ray player still proves to be a pretty good buy. It is about 0 economy than some high-end models yet performs just as well in terms of video playback. At the time of writing, the Panasonic Dmp-Bd60 costs around 0 per unit. It is the exquisite blu-ray player for anyone who is finding for a player that gives great value for the money paid.

The Panasonic Dmp-Bd60 1080p Blu-ray disc player is an entry-level Blu-ray player from Panasonic. It is also the effect up model from last year's award-winning Dmp-Bd35 player. The new model sports a new slim develop with the disc tray settled in the town of the unit. The controls of the player are incommunicable under a panel on the lowest right of the unit, along with a memory card slot and a Usb port.

One of the major new features on the Panasonic Dmp-Bd60 is the Viera Cast feature. It is Panasonic's rights online content portal. Viera Casts allows you to check the weather, browse online photos, view YouTube videos and more. A downside is that it does not maintain Netflix streaming videos. On the consuming side, it does maintain Amazon's Video on quiz, highlight (starting in May). It also supports Bd live features. Unfortunately, this model is not Wi-Fi ready so the only way to associate to the internet is to plug in a cable.

The new Panasonic Dmp-Bd60 has on-board decoding for Dolby Hd and Dts Hd audio so you don't new a isolate receiver unit to enjoy the Hd audio on the movie. In terms of video playback, this model does an overwhelming job in playing Blu-ray and Dvd movies. It does a much best job in up-scaling Dvd movies compared to other models in the market. The load time, on the other hand can be improved. It currently has one of the slowest load times compared to many of the new models out there. All in all, the Panasonic Dmp-Bd60 blu-ray player may not have many of the most recent features, but it is a great no-frills player that has an impressive video playback.
